A TER transport on demand by taxi service has been set up at these stops, which are no longer served by certain trains. The stops concerned by the service are marked TAD on the TER timetables for the lines in question, as well as in the regional guide to TER transport. A TER taxi will take you from your local station to the closest station served so that you can catch your connections. The same service will be provided for the return journey.

A TER transport on demand by taxi service has been set up at these stops, which are no longer served by TER coaches. Approximate timetables are provided, in red, on the TER timetable for the Granville-Paris line as well as in the regional guide to TER transport.
All you need do is telephone and book your TER taxi by 6 pm on the eve of your departure. Bookings can be made between 7 am and 6 pm, from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.
- If you already have your train ticket: this service will not be invoiced.
- If you don’t have a train ticket: this service will be charged for at SNCF rates, directly payable to the taxi driver.

Taxibus, a means of transport adapted to rural areas
The Calvados Taxibus service
The Taxibus service operates in communes that do not have a regular “Bus Verts”, SNCF rail or urban network service.
It’s a public transport service that operates on a reservation basis and is extra to the departmental network.
The Taxibus service is run in partnership with self-employed taxi drivers.
It serves 499 small communes that do not have a regular “Bus Verts” service.
It allows you to travel 2 or 3 times a week to the main town in your canton. A taxi comes and picks you up from home and takes you to the listed “Bus Verts” stop.

Appelobus, an additional transport service.
The Appelobus service is identified on the timetables by the symbol .
To book your seat, all you need do is call Infoligne on 0 810 214 214 (local call rate from a landline) by 6 pm at the latest on the eve of your departure (or on Saturday for travel on Monday).
This service is provided by minibus, which follow the usual routes for the line, and operate all year round.
The price is the same as that of the other Bus Verts.
Please note: schoolchildren’s tickets are not accepted on this service.

You can book your bus on the day, up to 1 hour ahead, during commercial agency opening hours (9 am to 12 noon and 1.30 pm to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.

How to book ?
- Select the service you are interested in, marked by the symbol " red phone".
- Call at least 1 hour ahead of your travelling time, between 9 am and 12 noon and 1.30 pm and 6 pm, Monday to Saturday, on 0 800 800 773 (free call) quoting your subscriber number, if you have one. You can also book on the eve of the day you want to travel.
- When you call, please specify the service(s) you want, and the dates you have chosen.

Transport on demand on the TWISTO network
Viacités offers transport on demand in the communes of Bénouville (L28), Eterville (L29), Mathieu (L24), Saint-Aubin-d’Arquenay (L28) and Sannerville (L26).
In September 2009, the system will also operate in Bretteville-sur-Odon, Biéville-Beuville, Ifs, Villons-les-Buissons, Periers-sur-le-Dan, Hermanville-sur-Mer and Lion-sur Mer.
The timetables are easy to memorize: departures from the commune at 9 am, 10 am, 11 am, and so on… and from Caen or Hérouville-Saint-Clair city centre at 9.30 am, 10.30 am - and so on during the afternoon, between 2 pm and 4.30 pm. The timetables are identical regardless of the season, including during the summer.
Resago – the booking centre for on demand services :
The operation of a line is triggered by a demand to the Resago booking centre. This is a service which allows passengers to easily reserve the bus they want to take, up to one hour prior to departure - either by telephone on 02 31 15 55 55 or online at

Ticket prices :
All ordinary Twisto tickets are valid on these lines, at normal prices. They can also be used by holders of the Conseil Général transport card, for a maximum of one return journey per day.
Bybus transport on demand (TAD)
Bybus offers a transport on demand service in the communes of:
- Vaucelles => “vaucelles” stop,
- Saint-Loup-Hors => “saint-loup mairie”, “saint-loup foyer” and “saint-loup église” stops;
- Monceaux-en-Bessin => “monceaux église”, “la petite campagne” and “les équerres” stops;
- Saint-Martin-des-Entrées => “Damigny” and “Bussy” stops;
- Saint-Vigor-le-Grand => “Saint Sulpice” and “stade garnier” stops.

Two services depending on the day of the week:
TAD, Monday to Friday during school term-times
The transport on demand services will operate without bookings at pre-defined times from Monday to Friday, carrying passengers to Bayeux station or Place Saint-Patrice.

Flexo Marché, Saturday mornings during school term-times
If you’re looking to go to the market in Place Saint Patrice, book your Flexo Marché before 6.00 pm on Friday by calling INFOLIGNE on 0810 214 214. Bybus will drop you off at the Saint Patrice stop at 10.00 on Saturday morning.
No need to book the return journey. The bus will pick you up from the Saint Patrice stop at 11.30 am and drop you off at one of the transport on demand stops.
How to book:
To book, simply telephone the INFOLIGNE booking office on 0810 214 214 before 6.00 pm on the day before your journey, and on the Saturday for Monday.

The price is the Bybus price.
